Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking with Whistler Rides. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Service

Whistler Rides provides point-to-point express shuttle transportation between Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton along the Sea-to-Sky corridor. We operate year-round with a variety of vehicles including Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, minibuses, and full-size coach buses.

2. Bookings and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after you receive an email confirmation with your ticket.
  • A valid order # number with yout name is required for travel. seats are non-transferable.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
  • We offer upfront pricing with no hidden fees and no surge pricing.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and e-transfers.
  • Payment is charged at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Changes

We offer a flexible policy:

  • You may cancel or modify your booking 48 hrs before departure, changes have a $5 CAD fee and cancelations are only available 7 days before the first leg of your trip.

5. Luggage and Baggage Policy

  • Included at no extra cost:
    • 1 large suitcase (max 29 inches / 158 cm total dimensions)
    • 1 carry-on bag
    • 1 sports equipment item (ski/snowboard bag, golf clubs, or bike box)
  • We are flexible with one small extra bag when space permits.
  • Our service is designed for passenger travel. We cannot accommodate full household moves or excessive baggage.
  • All luggage and personal belongings are at the passenger’s own risk. Whistler Rides is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or forgotten items. Passengers should carefully check for all belongings before leaving the vehicle.

6. Pets

  • Small dogs are allowed in an approved carrier ($45 flat fee one-way).
  • No cats are permitted.
  • Larger dogs cannot be accommodated.
  • All pets must be well-behaved and clean.

7. Children and Car Seats

  • Forward-facing child car seats (ages 2+) and booster seats are available upon request.
  • We do not transport newborns or infants under 2 years old.
  • Foldable strollers, playpens, and diaper bags travel free.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

  • Behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.
  • Not consume alcohol, smoke, or use illegal substances on board.
  • Follow safety instructions from the driver.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove any passenger who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Liability

  • Whistler Rides is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, border delays, or events beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for missed connections, lost travel opportunities, or any consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.

10. Refunds

Refunds are not issued for no-shows or for services not used after the trip has begun, except in cases where we cancel the service.

11. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to change schedules, routes, or vehicles when necessary. In the event of a cancellation by Whistler Rides, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative transfer.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
