Convenient Downtown Vancouver Pickup – At No Extra Charge
We’ll pick you up wherever is most convenient for you in downtown Vancouver.
- Staying at a hotel or Airbnb? Simply enter your exact address during booking. We serve all major downtown areas including the West End, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, Gastown, and more. Door-to-door service — easy and stress-free.
- Prefer a central meeting point? Choose Burrard SkyTrain Station (street level, in front of the Royal Bank on Melville Street). It’s just 2–3 minutes from most downtown locations, offers plenty of nearby parking if you’re driving, and is our most popular pickup point.
What’s Included at No Extra Cost:
- 1 large suitcase (up to 29 inches / 158 cm total dimensions)
- 1 carry-on bag (backpack, purse, laptop bag, etc.)
- 1 sports equipment item ski/snowboard bag, golf clubs, or bike box
Note: We’re flexible and understanding with luggage. If you have one extra small bag, it’s usually not a problem. However, please note that our service is designed for passenger travel with standard luggage and sports gear we are not equipped for full household moves or excessive baggage.

Child & Booster Seats
- We provide child car seats (for ages 2 and up) and booster seats upon request (forward-facing only).
- Please note: We do not transport newborns or infants under 2 years old.
- Simply select the type of seat you need during booking.
- All seats are professionally cleaned and fully meet Canadian safety standards.
Strollers & Baby Gear
- Foldable strollers, playpens, and diaper bags travel free in the luggage compartment.
Pets
- Small dogs are welcome in an approved carrier that fits on your lap or under the seat in front of you. Flat fee: $45 per pet (one-way).
- No cats are allowed for any reason.
- Larger dogs cannot be accommodated.
- All pets must be well-behaved and clean.
How to Request: Simply add child seats, boosters, or pets in the “Special Requests” box when booking online, or mention it when you call or text us. We’ll confirm everything in your booking confirmation so you can travel with complete peace of mind.
